Massachusetts banks, are starting to feel the toll from the slowing economy. This is from data recently released from the federal government. This data reveals that state-chartered banks now have fewer assets and increased delinquent loans.


According to some figures however, banks in Massachusetts are performing better that other states, where failed institutions are on the rise. www.boston.com
